We do not store credit card details, nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties aside from service providers required to fulfill your order (e.g. couriers and payment providers.

We do accept refunds and exchanges only if the delivered product is faulty or not the one that you ordered (Wrong size, color & wrong product delivery). However, goods must be returned within 14 days of purchase in the same condition as they were received.
Once we have received your return item we will usually aim to contact you within the 24 hours to process an exchange or to arrange a full refund. Please note that the refund process can take up to 3 working days.
Orders can be cancelled at no charge up until shipment. When your order ships, you’ll receive an email entitled “Shipment Notification for order#XXXXXXX From our Software team.” Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled.

Once an item is shipped, the customer is provided with the tracking number for the package. This way the customer can, at his/her convenience, check the location of their package and arrival expectancy.
