Angelina African Fabric
Angelina African Fabric dates back and roots in the 1970s Ghana. It is a West African cloth, made to wear for any sort of occasion or festivals because it consists of colorful, vivid designs and patterns. During the 70’s, the popularity of the print coincided with the release of the hit song “Angelina” by legendary Ghanaian highlife group ‘The Sweet Talks.’ People began referring to the wax printed fabric as ‘Angelina’. It is worn by both genders, which include different tribes in Ghana.
